Top Quality Appliance Repairs Since 1986 -
Serving Solon, Ohio: As a small child, Tony DiMassa could frequently be found taking things apart, seeing how they worked, and then putting them back together again. He attended the Cuyahoga County Vocational School during his junior and senior years in high school where he quickly learned the ins and outs of appliance repair. In 1986 Tony founded Total Appliance Service in a small space behind his father's barber shop and his father was often the source of his earliest customers. His father would come back to where Tony had a little desk and one telephone, and say, "I have a customer that needs his washing machine fixed." Tony then got the customer's address, went to his house, and fixed the washer. From these humble beginnings, Total Appliance Service has since grown into being one of the top appliance service companies in the entire northeast Ohio community. We met with Tony recently, and listened as he provided this overview of Total Appliance Service's services and offerings; - read more...

Setting a New Benchmark in Child Care and Development -
When Stella Moga enrolled her newborn son in daycare, she was horrified when she was told as she picked him up afterward that he had cried all day. She couldn't believe that they hadn't taken the time to call her at work and let her know about the situation. Upon returning home, Stella resolved to start her own daycare where she could provide children with the tender, loving care they desperately needed. Although she had recently immigrated to the United States, had few English skills, and no money, she wanted to provide children with a level of care that was unheard of in the daycare industry. Stella began working extra jobs, attending business school at night, and developing a business plan for a day care center. With only $1,800.00 and a burning desire to succeed, she founded Le Chaperon Rouge in 1982 in the basement of a local church. Today Le Chaperon Rouge has grown to eight schools throughout Northeast Ohio, with more in the planning stages. We met with Stella recently, and listened as she offered this overview of the services available at Le Chaperon Rouge; - read more...
